Excess water on pathway

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6953085.

A leak has been detected with excess water running on to the path and highway. During these cold conditions this has become a hazard. Anglian Water have attended and determined it not to be their issue but they could not locate where the problem originates from.
