Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7001841.

Much well rotted material on the road, at kerbsides. Some from fallen leaves from autumn 2023, compounded with more from 2024. The road has been cleansed recently, but the team were prevented from doing a thorough job because of the extensive onroad parking by Uppingham School. Three drain covers in that area are blocked which could lead to flooding of the area. Urgent attention required.
