This car has been frequently parked very close to the entrance to Paddock Avenue (at the junction with Racecourse Road ) for several months. The position of the parking is proving both obstructive and hazardous, especially in the recent icy weather. As the owner has ample space for 2 cars on their drive would they please use their own dedicated parking to minimise the risk of the car being pranged by others ? Many thanks.
