Becon on west side permanently lit.

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7027725.

Previously reported a couple of months ago but not resolved. The beacon on the west side of the northern most Zerba crossing on Ashwell Road is permanently lit. It is meant to flash on and off with the halo of LED's which are mounted over the top of the beacon.
