Obstruction by Severn Trent Pumping station by bridge in Church Street Langham

Reported via mobile in the Trees or Vegetation category by Susan Fairclough at 19:14, Tuesday 4 February 2025

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7086531.

I reported this last year. Nothing was done. It has got worse. The debris obstructs the flow of Langham brook and may well have added to the severe flooding on 6 January. Please take action. Severn Trent haven't done anything. They have said they don't know who the landowner is. Something needs to be done. The Council has responsibility for the Brook and enforcing riparian responsibilities. Please do not ignore this. We were severely flooded. This and other obstructions will have added to the flooding. It seems negligent not to do anything.
