Access across public path and grass verge to my property dangerous state
Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7100035.
I moved (own) into Oakham property on 5th Feb. I am permitted access across Council footpath seems like grass verge to go on my drive. I have driven on grass as have removal men. This is now churned up due to weather and is dangerous as vehicles slipping and spin wheels and slide onto footpath and road. My neighbours have tarmac as per pictures attached but I have only verge. I am not safe to take my car off or on to my property as there are deep trenches through this verge rendering it unsafe. I need urgent help as I am not able to get car off my property without hazard or risk. I work in HMP Stocken and so am on call. Please advise as to what can be done as this land is Rutland property. Thank you.
