2 appliances left on pavement for about a month. Frequent rubbish dumpers.

    Thus bin is belongs to koz grill on high street. Not collected over a month. Owners of the business had dumped everything on floor other side of the parking till local businesses put it back to where it belongs but it smells and owner of koz grill not doing anything about it.
