Barrier in danger of falling into stream

Reported via desktop in the Barrier category anonymously at 11:31, Sunday 9 March 2025

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7248651.

Just down from Brookdene the bank on the road side of the stream has been eaten away (more so by the recent floods) so that the pillars of the railings are very close to the edge and are in danger of falling into the stream. Further down towards Cottesmore Road the other side bank is sured up by concrete slabs allowing the water to flow more easily. These railings will fall into the water if nothing is done, it's just a matter of when. If this is allowed to happen it will be more of a job to put right and become a hazard
