The overgrown trees and hedges along the bottom of Chaffinch Close are affecting the appearance of the close, obstructing parking, damaging property (e.g. the garage and guttering at number 10) and dropping excessive debris which can also damage and dirty the parked cars. It has unfortunately not been maintained in the 3 years we have been living here.
