Give way sign light on Church Street/Main St junction not working

The light above the give way sign at the top of Church St/Main St junction is still not working. This is the 2nd time I have reported this and you have taken off the 1st report even though it is not fixed. As there have been 2 accidents at this junction in the last week it needs fixing asap.
