Large drop of the carriageway at the narrowest point on a bend

This pot hole is on the north of the carriageway on Braunston Rd (known by everyone as Ridlington Rd) part way between Shorne Hill House and America Xrds - it is at a very narrow point in the road on the only bend so often traffic approaching has no expectation of oncoming traffic which has to take evasive action to avoid a collision and has no option but to drop into the pothole
