This was reported last year and was trimmed back but is now just as bad

This footpath is impossible to use unless people go on the verge. Pushchairs, disability chairs etc have to go on a very inclined verge There are also brambles further along

I have walked past this property this morning and the footpath is now virtually impassable. Surely the tenant can be contacted to cut their hedge?
