Bin next to telephone kiosk is overflowing

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7756221.

Resident has called me to report that the bin is overflowing with dog poo bags.

Apparently it’s up SPC to report this. Sorry I was unaware.
