Drain cover lid broken outside block of flats 42-70 West Road. Currently made safe by telecoms engineers working in the area.

Un-adopted roads do not have to be maintained by the Highway Authority (Rutland County Council) under the Highways Act 1980. A legal duty to maintain these roads still exists, but it falls to the owners of the road to do so.
