Spinney Hill hasn't been adopted yet, which means the associated highway infrastructure is not managed or maintained by RCC, but the developer responsible for the site. Until the road is adopted any issues will need to be reported directly to the developer.

This enquiry has been closed because it’s been determined that it relates to an un-adopted road. Un-adopted roads do not have to be maintained by the Highway Authority (Rutland County Council) under the Highways Act 1980. A legal duty to maintain these roads still exists, but it falls to the owners of the road to do so.
