We have reported this rather over grown tree, & hedge in the past with still no action being taken. Today our internet cable has now snapped , with the weight of the tree branches bouncing up & down on our cable. "which we new would happen sooner or later. We have contacted Rutland council over the years about this problem & still nothing ever gets done . Like most things leave it to the last moment ,then maybe something will get done.I am not very happy ! This very inconsistent Indeed.
