Dangerous situation with three cones.

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7899897.

Just off the junction three cones covering newly laid tarmac. However, no warning sign before you turn off Barnsdale Avenue, see cones swerve, very dangerous.
