New road markings dangerously deceptive

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7902541.
Recently, after at least two accidents at the junction of the B672 and Seaton Road (one involving a motorcyclist doing exactly what I'm about to describe) one side of the road at the junction received new markings. Unfortunately, it was the wrong side and the result is now far greater danger. The problem is that drivers/cyclists etc coming from Morcott and planning to continue on the B672 (veering right) believe they have right of way. In fact they are turning right and should give way. (The Give Way sign is also skewed, so they think it only applies to those turning left.) The markings for those turning right are almost invisible. Additionally, if they've looked at a map, they will see that they are continuing on the B672, reinforcing the wrong belief that this is a continuing road, rather than a right turn. Finally, a section of hedge means that cars coming from Seaton/Thorpe-by-Water and legitimately travelling towards Harringworth without giving way don't see vehicles coming from the Morcott direction. (This was the cause of at least one serious accident that I know about.) I have already tried to make the point by adding a comment to another person's report but I feel so concerned about the danger posed by these markings, which I pass almost daily, that I urge you, please, to look at it as soon as possible before anyone else is injured.
