When you removed the rusty dog cage from opposite No 51 you SHOULD HAVE REMOVED ALL OF THIS AT THE SAME TIME. Or perhaps a kind resident removed the other rubbish from the pavement last time. CLEAN IT UP PROPERLY it is a health hazard. Go in behind the laurel bushes and TAKE IT ALL AWAY.
