Knocked down yesterday. No bollard now. Tarmac now raised significantly & a very dangerous trip hazard. Plus great difficulty when using wheelchairs/ pushchairs. Located on white bridge in ryhall. Noted no weight limit sign as saw large lorry using it this morning.
