A second bollard has been knocked down on the bridge

A second bollard has been knocked down on the ryhall bridge. Bose bollards are stored ready to be reinstated apparently a lady from Uffington knocked this bollard down in her car so assume you will pursue and insurance claim .these bollards act as a protection for pedestrians so they are vital that they go back immediately. We have been waiti g for the first one to be reinstated for over a year. I have placed a temporary cone over the large hole but this needs remedying as soon as possible as is dangerous for pedestrians
