Rotten posts on safety rail over bridge

LOCATION: just below the wooden stairs leading from the lower field to the upper field. The post holding the safety rail at the 2 x wooden railway sleepers bridge over the brook have rotted and fallen over. 2 x sleepers are ok but slippery. Grass recently strimmed in this area but the brook needs clearing down the whole length as much vegetation is being carried into the village & adding to flooding. NB nothing at all wrong with any of the footpath (see previous complaints about long grass) which can easily be seen as there is a huge crack in the clay soil.
