Tree damaged by Glendale when cutting grass verge

Why hav eyou failed to respond to this?We KNOW that Glendale have reported it to Stuart the Rutland CC tree officer and expected the tree to be restored & protected from further damage. This is wha thappens when you reduce the number of cuts & reduce the time they are paid for. NB there is also shreds of blue rope left form when other contractors worked on telephone pole / broadband works & a broken brick. Not good for lawn mowers or environment.
