Chained gate blocking public right of way
Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8066117.
The gateway to the footpath heading west out of Pickworth was chained shut (this was Friday morning ~10am, 22nd August.). While the gate is climbable for more able-bodied people, for those with any mobility difficulties it would not have been possible to pass. No animals in adjoining fields, so unclear why landowner had done this.
