Abandoned traffic diversion sign #2

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8103939.

This is one of three or four diverted traffic signs that has been abandoned in Whissendine for a number of weeks. Whilst this is currently on the pavement, it often gets moved into the carriageway when there is no diversion. It's a nuisance to motorists and clutter that needs to be returned to it's owner.
