Hedge needs reducing in height

Hedge between play area and driveway for no.s 17 and 19 Elizabeth Way is council property and responsibility to maintain. Whilst this occasionally gets trimmed on the play area side the height has not been addressed for a long time (several years at least). In areas this in excess of 3metres high and the width has extended. Unless I keep the area adjacent to our garage cut back it over grows the garage and gets into and under gutters. Please arrange to cut this hedge back to a reasonable height and width.
