Blocked drains.

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8114311.

All surface water drains from the marked position and south to Ryhall Road and Great North Road are blocked to the brim with silt. This was reported 18 months ago and never fixed. Flooding down Smiths and Great North Road, along with rivers on Pickworth Road.
