Snowberry hedge overhanging the footpath

The snowberry hedge has overgrown again this year and despite assurance that RCC would undertake to have it cut back, this has not happened this year. As a result the footpath is restricted in width. Although within the 30 mph speed limit area, very few vehicles obey the speed limit including many quarry and other commercial vehicles. To be clear, the grass contractors have cut the grass towards George Henry Wood, but have again missed the hedge. Please arrange for the hedge to be cut back and ensure it is on the grass cutter contract.
