Silted up drain

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8245808.

The drain in front of the Green (near Number 7) is very silted up and last time it rained heavily it flooded and water would not go down. Very worried that with the predicted coming rainfall it will flood again.
