Rotten and Damaged by undergrowth Fencing. This is the fencing which backs onto no 5 and no 7 (mine) Chater Road. Quite worn now and unstable in places. I’ve put in a couple of posts to keep upright. Please advise - I assume it’s RCC responsibility? Michael Gillon (07896 719698)
