Pavement totally blocked by car parking

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8385404.

Car parks here most days for a number of months now, no consideration for pavement users. They even have 2 drives at their property!

Still happens almost daily. Pushchairs have to use the roads these days I guess....
