This has been here for over two years! Presumably due to a defective manhole cover. Can the council do anything about it, either themselves or by liaising with the utility that is responsible for the obstruction in the councils road.

Updates

I reported this collapsed manhole cover in march 2020 on the telephone to Rutland CC. Nothing has been done other than place cones around it in April 2023 ....
