Tor rail of fencing in very bad repair

This fence is on the edge of a footpath, protecting uses from a 15-20ft drop down into the Oakham canal.

Two places have had temporary repairs made, but the entire length of the fence is becoming unsafe due to damaged and warped rails and failing foundations.

This needs a total refurb before some unwary member of the public falls through and sustains a potentially serious injury.
