Drain full of water & appears blocked

There is a drain on Melton Road, just off the turning to Well Street. It is currently full of water so assume it is blocked. There is water running down the road and unable to drain into the drain as it’s full. It has been full for a few weeks and is full even when the other drains are empty. This is urgent as properties on Melton Road have flooded twice in the last 2 years so ideally needs resolving asap. Thank you

    This drain is on Melton Road, next to the turning to Well Street. It is currently full of water (not very clear from the photo, but it is full) so assume it is blocked. It is so full that the water is running down the road. There had been no rain for 24 hours when this was observed. This is urgent, as this is a high risk area for flooding of the A606.

    These photos were taken on 27th January, following steady rain. The drain remains full and overflowing, leading to surface water not draining, but pooling in the dip in the road.
