Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8843869.

It appears that previous poor work has resulted in a trip hazard and the ground is also sinking. no tarmac has been used to repair around the hole that was dug

  • This enquiry has been closed because it’s been determined that it relates to an un-adopted road. Un-adopted roads do not have to be maintained by the Highway Authority (Rutland County Council) under the Highways Act 1980. A legal duty to maintain these roads still exists, but it falls to the owners (of the road) to do so. In order to determine whether a road is adopted you can refer to the National Street Gazetteer website https://www.findmystreet.co.uk/ map
