Pot holedamage

12th Dec I hit a pothole between Brooke village and Brooke priory, which damaged my tyre beyond repair ,I had a new tyre fitted on the 14 dec with at Quick Fix melton at a cost of £171.88 My M OT was due on the 6 feb which on inspection discovered that the nearside coil spring needed replacing .this was due to the damage of the shredded tyre. I had reported the depth of the potholes sometime before dec 2025, the road was terrible, which has now be repaired somewhat .but the road from Brooke village to Ridlington is deteriorating considerably. I would like you to consider reimbursing me some what, I have all the receipts.

  • I have not got a photo of the hole due to them now having been repaired which happened be for i was aware of the damaged to the spring .. i have all the receipts for the repairs. when the tyre was damaged i was unaware i could make a claim for the damage ,the last straw was the broken spring discovered at the mot. the road was in a very damaged state as i am sure you are aware
