Poor road surface

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8947799.

Sheperds Walk was "dressed" last summer but without the multiple potholes being filled in beforehand. Over the past six months the surface has deteriorated to such an extent that the road is in a worst state than before. I am no "road expert" but surely the repair work should have lasted longer than this. Does the council ever check what it is spending our money onf
