Dangerous crossing location

Black car approached crossing on Station Rd from Station direction and did not stop. It was not being driven fast. It slowed down a bit as if about to stop but kept going. One group of pupils had already crossed and those cars that had stopped had moved on. The next car from the Odd House direction had stopped and pupils started to cross from Medical Centre side of the road and I was walking across towards Med C. Driver of the black car must have been aware of pupils and I but chose to drive around and through the pedestrians on the crossing and failed to stop. (Reg no was R xx JUT I think)
