Sunken traffic calming raised platform

The existing traffic calming raised platform at the junction of Firs Avenue and Goldfinch Road has become sunken in certain areas. This platform was previously repaired approximately ten years ago.

  • The Council's response is that a sunken drain beneath the hump is the cause; therefore, it is the responsibility of the Council's Highway Department to investigate and repair the issue. Isn’t it?
