Extensive plastic polution.

Not strictly fly-tipping! It's on the farmers property. However, it's been there for a very long time, and is blowing over the land, getting embedded in the soil. It's an environmental issue. I've picked up a great deal of this pale green plastic both on the road and in the field, used by the farmer whose yard is in Burley, on the Langham Road. I saw a sheep carcass there: sheep have access to this area which is covered in plastic. There is nothing to stop it blowing away. May I suggest that whoever is responsible has no idea about plastic polution.
