Slippery road surface

The newly tarmac road surface is very slippery for horse riding. I was using this road today on horseback and the horses back legs slipped underneath me and I narrowly escaped an accident. The horse has special road nails to avoid slipping but this still didn’t stop us from slipping. It won’t be long before someone gets seriously hurt if it’s not made less slippy. There are many horse riders that need to use this road so I’m sure all of us would appreciate you revisiting to fix this. Thank you
