Pavement and road left in a state after City Fibre installed Green box

After City Fibre installed a green box in an inappropriate area on Church Street approx 6 weeks ago they left a real mess which rain will not wash away. This pavement was resurfaced in the last few years and it will have to be done again. It looks terrible. This has been reported to City Fibre and RCC but no one has done anything about it yet!
