The van is blocking the pathway. Struggling to walk past and blocking safe passage for pushchair and wheelchair users, as they have to venture out into the very unsafe road where there is an acute bend in the road. There are always cars badly parked on the pathway, but today a big van has joined them, causing more hazards.
