This bridge is extremely hazardous for horse riders as there is a rotted sleeper. The sleeper has a hole right through it and there is a lot of movement when crossing. This is on a Bridleway and there is a high risk of a horse going through this whilst crossing. This could cause a potentially fatal wound for the horse - not to mention the distress for horse and rider.
