Pigeon fouling and serious health hazard

The butter cross is contaminated with pigeon faeces , which is unsightly for tourists to the town but more importantly it’s a health hazard, I suggest it needs to be considered off until it has been thoroughly cleaned. It’s shocking that a historic and popular visitor attraction should have been left in this condition. I also suggest anti bird fouling measures be put in place.
