This is a regular problem that is missed due to laziness. The grass was not cut until it was in excess of 12 inches tall, as can be seen by the abandoned unkempt border. Are there contractual regulations about when areas should be maintained? Does it not have to get to a certain height, or does it have to be done at set periods? It’s always cut when it’s too long and then looks a shambles.
