Grass was missed this week

I live at 7, Witham Avenue, Oakham and our grass was missed this week. This is exactlly what happened last year when I had to complain several times before the grass was actually cut, by which time it looked like a hay field and the grass was just left on the ground and looked awful. Hopefully it can be attended too more quickly this time.
