Grass not been cut at all this year - now knee high in places

Grass strip running from corner of Empingham Road and along Campden Close not been cut at all so far this year despite other patches nearby that are also the responsibility of the Council having been done. There seems to be some confusion as another company cuts various areas every couple of weeks, then the Council cutters often turn up one or two days after to do their areas but either leave out some (such as the one being reported here) but also cut some of the areas that have clearly been cut already by the other company! Please attend to this forthwith.

After Rutland County Council twice insisted no grass areas on Campden Close are their responsibility & sent me round the houses ‘arguing’ with a housing association who were adamant this patch is not their responsibility either, it was finally cut on 9th June by workers contracted by RCC – although as a coincidental matter of routine rather than as a response to this query. RCC have now accepted and confirmed that this verge is their responsibility to maintain.
