Missed grass cutting

There is an area of green space that has been maintained in the past by HA in error. They have informed this is not their responsibility and they will not be maintaining moving forward - please can the council confirm if this is council land and arrange to have the grass cut. Thank you.

Area is by the walkway at the back of Snowdon Ave backing onto Malvern Walk.
