Fly tipping

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9553128.

People have been fly tipping in the communal bin store making it problematic for the crew to empty the bins and residents to access the area safely. This has been as issue for about 6 weeks now and is a real safety concern. please can someone remove this build up of rubbish.
